Wondrous Findings of the Week.......

This week I have found many things....that have lit up my life and made it better.

So lets get straight into the items....first up is my 'Loreal Elvive', this has worked wonders with my hair. (Also just to point out I did not get this shampoo and conditioner because Cheryl Cole does the advert.) My hair at the beginning of the week was dry and was breaking really easily, it doesn't help with the cold weather we've been having, however my hair was not the same. My hair is thick and normally is shiny and has its own natural volume, but it was just dull and flat. Yet since I have started using this product my hair is back to its original condition and is back to having a bit of life in it. Definitely recommending this product!

Second item......my glorious red peep toe shoes!!! Oh how I fell in love with these the first time I saw them. Once again an ultimate steal of £12 from the wonderful shop of Primark. I already own these same style shoes in black and they are the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned!!

Third item.....my beautiful red matching bag to my shoes. I just couldn't help myself, it is such a lovely shade of red.....I was just totally drawn to the shoes and then the bag!!!
And the fourth item....is my cheapy cheap cheap red lipstick. I normally don't wear lipstick but I think I was just in the mood for red this week. It's a really good lipstick as well, it does not like to come off!!!! Again a steal of £1.99, from one of the barrells that are scattered throughout the Metrocentre, in Gateshead.

Well there you have my wondrous findings of the week....expect a regular 'findings of the week' post, as I always tend to find wonderful, exciting things that light up my life.....and make me extremely happy every week!!!xx

My Ultimate Idol......

For a while now I have not mentioned her, but as she is constantly in the papers, magazines and on the TV it seemed pointless to even blog about her, as everyone knew everythng about her entire life.
However tonight Cheryl Cole shined for me....she was the guest on 'Piers Morgan Life Stories' and she showed the whole nation of people why we orginally loved her.

Talking through how she was told she could of died when catching malaria and how Derek Hough saved her life. Also talking through how she feels about Ashley and her divorce....and how she felt when being told that Ashley cheated on her.....I think this show made it clear to the public that she is a human being, she does have feelings and emotion, and that when she receives bad press it hurts her.
I feel she thoroughly showed her true self tonight. She became emotional throughout, which I found very touching. After all her recent bad publicity....this was perfect timing to appear on the show.
Cheryl is my idol and tonight she reminded me why!! I found the show extremely good and very touching.....I definitely am glad I watched it....and I could definitely watch it again!!

Cheryl I love you!!xx

Something to smile about on a wintery afternoon.....

As I haven't written on my blog for a long time.....I thought I would start with something cheery. Also something to look forward too...
Christian Dior's Spring/Summer 2011.......

At Paris fashion week.....

Christian Dior called in John Galliano to create these fantasies.

Galliano's designs are certainly ones to catch your eye....with the various amounts of bright colours and nautical themes. Galliano described this show as 'off duty elegance with a tropical twist'.
The collection for 2011 mixed a variety of marine themes, from Polynesia and the docks of Marlon Brando's 'On the Waterfront' to the Rodgers and Hammerstein musical 'South Pacific', and Rainer Fassbinder's 1982 film, 'Querelle'.
This catwalk show certainly warmed me up, on these wintery days we have been recieveing.....
PS....internet is finally sorted now so expect posts regularly....xx
